First consult, then digitize - Digitize classic business processes leading to a more intuitive, efficient, secure and modern platform.

Our consultants work out the requirements together with you according to our process. For larger projects, it is advisable to define these requirements in detail with a preliminary project. When all processes, connections to third party systems, input fields have been worked out, our UI/UX designers first create a clickable grayscale design or wireframe and later a detailed colour design or visual rollout is created. This method allows to experience the intuitive operation of the application already during the preliminary project. At this stage, changes are also still easy to implement. After the acceptance of the visual rollout, the actual development of the software is started. This guarantees a timely go live of the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

SCRUM MASTER

After the pre-project, a Scrum Master or classic project manager is assigned to you as a central contact person. This person enables the agile project execution according to the agile framework. With this method, as many user stories as possible are combined into a sprint, so that the effort of a sprint is always the same. Thus, the functionality of a sprint can be completed in a fixed cycle. With this method, it is possible to work quickly with an MVP and continuously add new functions.
