Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable design solutions.

• Develop user flows and information architecture to ensure smooth and logical user experiences.

• Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

• Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

• Develop and maintain a UI kit that adheres to brand guidelines and promotes design consistency.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.

• Utilize visual design skills to create aesthetically pleasing and visually engaging user interfaces.

• Possess basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers and implement designs.

• Communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools, techniques, and technologies.

• Utilize Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma to create and refine design assets.

• Provide a detailed case study showcasing a complete UI/UX design process for a specific project.

You Offer:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative, and ability to derive actionable insights from the data.

• Solid understanding of user flows, information architecture, wireframe design, and prototyping.

• Experience conducting user testing sessions and incorporating feedback into design iterations.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining a UI kit to ensure design consistency across products.

• Strong visual design skills and ability to create appealing and engaging user interfaces.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with developers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.

• Proficiency in Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.

• Strong research skills and ability to analyze and apply research findings to inform design decisions.

• Provide a detailed case study showcasing a complete UI/UX design process for a specific project.
