Position: IT Project Lead (PHP)

Responsibilities:

• Experience of 2-3 years in managing application and SDLC projects.

• Technical skills - managing PHP applications, SQL query, understanding of cloud setup

• Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

• Ability to understand and write code in PHP / Javascript

• Ability to design and understand for problem at scale.

• Ability to track tasks, follow-up, publish timely reports, assess risk about project and delivery schedules.

• Working with Business team to understand and draft requirement

• Working with vendor team in soliciting and implementing the changes in the application

• Support / guide the business team for the UAT

• Follow the IT governance framework for change management and Application support

• Support for resolution of production bug / give workaround

• Ensuring the performance and uptime of the applications

• Ensuring the audit and compliance adherence for the applications
